Palin’s Tax Day Rally

“Our government deciding how much money the people can have, and that is backwards!!”

These are the fiery words of former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin in Boston earlier today. Despite my dislike for Mrs. Palin I believe she got it right this time. This new administration is consistently overstepped its boudaries and there are no signs of it slowing down.

What is your take on tax day and Palin’s rally? Let me know your thoughts.

Fimian Pledges to Repeal Health Bill

Filed under: Uncategorized — loudounlady @ 6:51 pm

Add his pledge to repeal the health bill to Keith Fimian’s credentials for why he should be elected to Congress.

Earlier today, Mr. Fimian said, “The American people have repeatedly rejected the Democrats’ plan to force a government takeover of healthcare and put 1/6 of our nation’s economy under government control.”

I, along with the MAJORITY of Americans, happen to agree with Fimian. The government is pledging to cut costs and reduce the deficit but how they plan on providing health coverage to an additional 23 million without raising costs is something I do not understand.

Can someone please help me?

It has taken just about a full year but the vote is finally here. Loudoun County supervisors are set to determine how much development they will allow on land riddled with limestome tomorrow afternoon.

What do you want the supervisors to rule?

Round II

Filed under: Uncategorized — loudounlady @ 6:45 pm

Loudoun County Public Schools have been closed through Friday, February 12: Superintendent cites “worst snow storm in many years.”

I’m sure many of you already know but the Mid-Atlantic and Eastern seaboard is due to get hit by another winter storm. Earlier this week the Midwest was hammered with another storm of their own, some states are break century old records for snow accumulation.

My Words of Wisdom: Don’t clean the driveway until the ENTIRE storm passes.

The Latest RPV Ad

Filed under: Uncategorized — loudounlady @ 9:48 pm

As all of you know, I am a supporter of the Republican Party, specifically the Republican Party of Virginia. However, the RPV’s latest ad, 12 Inches of Global Warming, is NOTHING to be proud of. It seems as if the RPV has confused science and climate. Just because it is snowing doesn’t mean there is NOT global warming.

Before you put out another ad, please check your facts.

Someone please agree or disagree with me.

A Reocurring Theme?

Filed under: Uncategorized — loudounlady @ 4:29 pm

He has done it again!!!

Throughout his presidential campaign Barack Obama constantly and consistently said the debate over the health care bill will be televised on CSPAN. Have you seen any of this debate?

Didn’t think so.

Once again, the American people, not just Republicans, can see the contrast between candidate Obama and President Obama. What is even more surprising, is that Democrats are now joining Republicans in calling for the President to televise these debates.

Democratic Senator Claire McCaskill of Missouri is one of the leading Democrats asking for the debates to be televised.

So why haven’t the debates been televised? Well, Democrats think it will be much harder with cameras in the room. That’s it. It will just be harder. Well Mr. President, and cronies, no one said the job was going to be easy. Listen to the members of your party and follow through with your campaign promises.
