McAuliffe on Limbaugh

Filed under: Bob McDonnell,Terry McAuliffe — loudounlady @ 2:52 pm

Democratic candidate for governor Terry McAuliffe has recently sent a letter to GOP candidate Bob McDonnell asking him to condemn Rush Limbaugh’s statements about president Barack Obama.  The letter says,

“I know that you and I disagree on many issues, but I’m hoping that we can agree on this: hoping for failure isn’t the right way to get our economy back on track.  That’s why I’m asking you to join me in condemning the remarks Rush Limbaugh made wishing for the President to fail.”

Weird McAuliffe talks about bringing the economy back on track when he could greatly help this matter, IN HIS OWN STATE,  if he joined McDonnell in supporting off-shore exploration for alternative fuels.
