Loudoun County’s Budget

Filed under: Loudoun — loudounlady @ 4:28 am

Leesburg Today has recently published an article discussing our county’s budget.  The budget will be reduced from $1.06 trillion to $911 million because of a tax rate on property.  The school board receives the largest portion of the budget without saying much of how they plan to spend it.

The budget plans to increase user fees for facility rentals and after school programs.

  1. I have yet to find a county in VA, or MD, that has a real estate tax rate as high as Loudoun. They want to make it even higher? That’s ridiculous.
